Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective July 22, 2026

Because TIRALIMO LTD provides reserved capacity and customized technology services, the quotation, order form, statement of work, invoice, or signed agreement accepted by the customer may contain specific cancellation and refund terms. Those written terms take priority over this general policy.

Before work begins

A customer may request cancellation before work begins. Payments for services not yet performed are refundable, less any non-recoverable third-party charges or reservation fees disclosed and accepted in writing.

Work in progress

If a customer cancels after work begins, the customer remains responsible for work completed, time committed, and approved expenses through the effective cancellation date. Any eligible remaining prepaid balance will be returned after those amounts are deducted.

Completed or accepted services

Fees for completed, delivered, or accepted customized services are generally non-refundable. If a deliverable materially fails to meet written acceptance criteria, the customer should notify us promptly with sufficient details. Our first remedy will normally be reasonable correction or re-performance.

Recurring services

Recurring services may be canceled according to the notice period stated in the applicable written order or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and does not retroactively refund a billing period already in progress.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

Verified duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected or refunded to the original payment method where practicable. Customers should contact us promptly and must not send complete payment-card credentials by email.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are generally initiated within 10 business days. A bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
